The Makeham family have been breeding Border Leicester Sheep sing 1957 when Jeff Makeham first purchased 4 ewes from Yarrison Stud and a Ram from Harakeke Stud in New Zealand.
With two locations in Young and Walcha NSW, North-South continues to record good sales of both stud and flock rams to local and interstate buyers.
North South Stud shows locally and at major Sheep shows enjoying their share of ribbons while promoting a quality true-to-type modern Border Leicester sheep.
